⚠️ Important Restrictions

1. SaaS Copyleft

If you offer this software as a SaaS service to third parties: - ✅ You MUST publish the complete source code of your service - ✅ Including: infrastructure, portals, APIs, integration systems, monitoring, and all components needed to reproduce the service

2. No Competitive SaaS Without License

You CANNOT offer a competing SaaS service unless: - ✅ You publish the complete platform source code AND - ✅ You obtain a commercial license from RDEM Systems

3. Enterprise Attribution Requirement

Organizations with >100 employees AND >100 certificates must either: - ✅ Acquire a commercial license from RDEM Systems - OR - ✅ Display on the PKI admin homepage and documentation: "Propulsé par RDEM Systems PKI (SSPL Open Source)" With active links to: - https://rdem-systems.com - contact@rdem-systems.com

4. No Official Support

❌ No support or warranty unless you have a commercial license

Mandatory source disclosure for SaaS offerings

2. Commercial License
